At Sunset Pour, we take pride in every candle we pour. We want to ensure your handcrafted scents arrive safely and promptly. Please review our shipping guidelines below.

1. Shipping Destinations

Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii). We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Order Processing & Shipping Times

To provide clarity on when your order will arrive, please note the following timeframes:

  • Order Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM (CST - Central Standard Time)
  • Handling Time: 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday).
    • Note: As our candles are handcrafted, please allow this time for us to prepare and package your order with care.
  • Transit Time: 3–7 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 4–10 business days.

3. Shipping Costs

We strive to keep shipping fair and transparent:

  • Standard Shipping: Flat rate of $6.99 for all orders under $75.
  • Free Shipping: Enjoy Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $75.00.
  • Sales Tax: Applicable sales tax will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address (required for Texas residents and other applicable states).

4. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We partner with reliable carriers to ensure your candles are handled properly:

  • USPS (Ground Advantage or Priority Mail)
  • UPS (Ground)
  • FedEx (Home Delivery)

Note: The specific carrier is selected based on the size of your order and your location to ensure the fastest delivery.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your package directly through our Order Tracking page on our website, powered by our partner 17Track.

6. Address Changes & Cancellations

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are unable to change the shipping address once the order has been processed. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us at support@sunsetpour.com within 6 hours of placement.

7. Missing or Damaged Packages

If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, or if your candles arrive damaged due to transit, please reach out to us immediately at support@sunsetpour.com so we can assist you.
